UKHCA appoints finance and corporate services director

United Kingdom Homecare Association has appointed Keith Williams as its finance and corporate services director. Williams, who has worked in the not-for-profit, charitable and commercial sectors, will be moving from London Grid for Learning, where he is chief financial officer.
