Towergate Health & Protection has appointed Kate Kilpatrick as head of marketing – employee benefits.
Kilpatrick has more than 25 years’ experience in employee benefits, brand evolution, proposition development and marketing campaign execution. She previously held a senior role at Willis Towers Watson, leading marketing and proposition for health, protection, and employee benefits.
Following the creation of the centralised Advisory Marketing team last year, she will work in partnership with the Health & Protection business.
Commenting on her new role, Kilpatrick, said: ‘I am looking forward to leading the development of Towergate’s propositions and supporting marketing campaigns that will create engagement with future and current clients to help power the company’s growth.’
