Claire Parrott, director of client services and operations at Towergate Health & Protection, said: we’re passionate about embracing opportunities that drive our business forwards whilst enhancing our colleague and client experience. To this end, we welcome Beth and the experience and enthusiasm she will undoubtedly bring to the role.’
Alahakoon added: I am joining the team at Towergate Health & Protection during exciting times. The company has seen recent growth with investment in new roles like my own, along with Kate Kilpatrick being appointed as head of marketing, and Andy Samuel as chief technology officer. For my part, I will be looking to identify key areas where operational excellence can contribute to strategic goals by improving the client experience, the colleague journey, and our technological capabilities.’
