New research from Laing & Buisson has found that nurseries are typically receiving £3.12 per hour to provide free nursery education places.Using responses from the 2006/2007 survey of daycare nurseries, Laing & Buisson estimates that average annual funding received by providers to offer five, free 2½ hour sessions a week was £1,455 from April 2006….
