Software company wins contract with Norfolk care provider

Global software company Civica has won a contract to digitise operational services at Norfolk’s largest care home provider, Norse Care. The £480,000 deal will see Norse Care use Civica’s ‘coldharbour residential care’ software to automate its financial and operational management system, in a bid to save money, time and reduce its reliance on agency staff….
