Social care complaints rise by 22%

Complaints against care providers have risen 22% since last year, according to a report by the Local Government Ombudsman (LGO).The LGO’s investigative teams considered more than 1,000 adult social care complaints in 2011/12 and saw an increase of 22% over the previous year.
