Professor Frank Clark CBE has been reappointed as the convener of the Scottish Commission for the Regulation of Care. Having first taken the role in October 2006, Professor Clark will remain in the role until the country’s care commission evolves into the Social Care and Social Work Improvement Scotland (SCSWIS) in autumn 2012….
