Paul Moulton to retire from AXA Health

Paul Moulton, SME & large corporate director at AXA Health, is set to retire at the end of June after more than three decades with the insurer.

Moulton joined the organisation in 1991 as an intermediary sales consultant at PPP Medicalcare, a subsidiary of what was then AXA PPP. Over the years, he held a series of senior roles within the distribution team and went on to lead the corporate team before taking charge of the SME segment in 2016. In 2020, his responsibilities were expanded to include oversight of both the SME and large corporate teams.

AXA Health CEO Heather Smith said: ‘Paul has made a significant contribution to AXA Health in all its manifestations and leaves a strong and positive legacy. I have really valued and enjoyed working alongside Paul over the last 15 months and have learned a lot from his knowledge and experience. I simply can’t thank Paul enough and wish him the happiest retirement.’

A successor has not yet been named, but the recruitment process is under way.
