Oldham sheltered housing PFI bid success

Oldham has attracted government funding for a Private Finance Initiative (PFI) project to improve its sheltered housing stock.The money will be invested in the 1,700 sheltered housing flats and warden supported bungalows across the borough, which accommodate around 3,500 residents.
