Norman Tutt retires as Ealing director

Norman Tutt, Ealing’s executive director of housing and social services, is to retire. Tutt came to Ealing more than five years ago when the social services department was placed on ‘special measures’ after children’s services had been failing. A replacement has yet to be announced….
