NHP reported revenues of £76.6m (£70.9m) and profit before tax of £10.0m (loss £13.7m) for the year to 30 September 2001. Revenues are made up of £71.1m rentals and £5.5m fees from care home operation. The profit is after charging £10.3m provision for doubtful debts and related costs (£9.1m) and £4.7m in exceptional costs (£28.9m)….
