Until recently Ellis was finance director of Telecity plc and prior to that he was finance director of Whitecroft plc, Mann Egerton (Inchcape) and Campbell Foods UK. Nestor Healthcare’s former finance director David Lyon has resigned from the board in order to pursue other opportunities….
