Medicash reports increase in earned premiums

Health cash plan provider Medicash Health Benefits Limited has reported a small increase in earned premiums to £20.7m for the year ended 31 December 2013 (2012: £20.4m).Claims paid remained broadly in line with the previous year at £16.2m, leaving a balance on the technical account, after net operating expenses totalling £3.9m, of £326,000 (2012: £200,000)….
