The Maria Mallaband Group has widened it care remit via the acquisition of Three Rivers Healthcare. The move means the Leeds-based provider can now offer residential care for the elderly, young physically disabled, people with Asperger’s Syndrome and people with learning disabilities.As yet no details of the price paid for the chain have been released….
