Workforce management company Liaison has acquired HR analytics business Activ8 Intelligence Limited for an undisclosed sum. Liaison, which works with the NHS to help manage and reduce temporary staffing costs, said the acquisition of the analytical HR software provider would now enable it to help trusts and boards manage their permanent workforce more effectively too….
