Kirklees moves to support older people

Kirklees Council has launched a support service for older people in partnership with Kirklees Neighbourhood Housing.As part of the scheme, the Council has recruited 22 new employees responsible for offering support and advice to tenants across Kirklees who are aged 60 and over, enabling them to live in their own homes as independently as possible….
