With over 22 years in the healthcare industry, McNab has held keys roles at Maximus, United Health Group, HCML, Bupa, Spire Healthcare, and Capita, including positions as hospital director, sales director, COO, and MD.

Trendle trained at Baker Tilly and has held numerous CFO roles. He previously served as finance director at Capita, overseeing major contracts such as a £700m agreement with the British Army.

Scot Smith, formerly chief growth officer at Medigold and a former CEO, has extensive experience in the healthcare sector, including previous roles as commercial director at Nuffield Health and MD of Capita Health.

Dan Franklin, chief strategy officer at handl Group, said: ‘With our new health and wellbeing board, we knew growth would require experience and the right skills. With Margaret, David and Scot, we’ve got that. Margaret has experience in abundance and the right personality to drive things forwards. David brings an eye for detail, and Scot has a real dynamism. The whole team compliments each other – and our existing people.’
