Tim Elsigood has left the Independent Healthcare Forum (IHF) to take up the post of managing director of UK business at Alliance Medical (see story on page 144).Mr Elsigood spent 15 years in the NHS before taking up the position of hospital manager at Fitzwilliam Hospital in Peterborough, then owned by Community Hospitals, in 1993….
