IHAS achieves a safe solution

The Independent Healthcare Advisory Services (IHAS) has said its members are ‘delighted’ with the government’s decision not to deregulate Class 3b and 4 Lasers/Intense Pulse Lights for cosmetic treatments’ as of 1 October 2008.
