Human rights violations found in Northern Irelands care homes

Months after the Equality and Human Rights Commission reported that some domiciliary care services in England and Wales were violating service users’ human rights (CCMn December 2011/January 2012), it has been found that many of Northern Ireland’s nursing homes are not complying with them either.
