Global asset manager moves in on Harley Street

Global asset manager Aberdeen Standard Investments has bought the freehold of two Harley Street buildings let to HCA International. The Standard Life Investments Long Lease Fund acquired the properties at 95 and 97 Harley Street from Anglo Suisse Investments Ltd for £40m.
