East Lothian Council has begun admitting residents to a refurbished Belhaven Hospital as the first step in its plans to develop a 60-bed nursing home at the site. An 11-bed ward at the hospital, which has now received nursing home registration, has been renovated to care for 11 older people on a long term basis….
