Diagnostic Healthcare acquires Ultrasound Now

Altrincham-based imaging company Diagnostic Healthcare has acquired Chester-based Ultrasound Now for an undisclosed sum.The deal will create a major provider of diagnostic services in the North West, Yorkshire, the Midlands and North Wales, providing services from over 45 clinics and scanning more than 80,000 ultrasound patients a year.
