Barking and Dagenham council is piloting a home-shopping scheme for its home care clients. Under the three-month scheme, around 100 clients will be able to order shopping from Budgens supermarket in Harlow over the telephone and have it delivered to their home.The trial scheme could also lead to the introduction of a pension collection service….
