Financial services consultancy Broadstone has appointed James Sayer as a senior risk & healthcare consultant and James Lang as a risk & healthcare principal as it continues to grow its presence in the employee benefits market.
Sayer has more than 16 years of experience in health and risk benefit consulting and has supported UK and multinational organisations in the design and implementation of employee benefit programmes.
Prior to joining Broadstone he spent six years in the corporate consulting team at Gallagher, advising clients on complex health and risk benefit schemes including healthcare trust arrangements.
Lang previously worked at Secondsight where he managed a portfolio of clients ranging from SMEs to large corporates. He has held senior positions at firms including Aon, Mercer, and Gallagher and his sector knowledge spans group risk, healthcare, and flexible benefits both in the UK and internationally.
The appointments come as Broadstone continues to experience strong growth in its employee benefits consulting division.
Brett Hill (pictured), head of health & protection at Broadstone, said: ‘As the employee benefits market continues to grow, driven by changing business needs and workforce expectations since the pandemic, we are committed to investing in our employee benefits consulting and client support teams, to ensure we are well positioned to meet this rising demand.’
