Barnet head of community care

Barnet Council has appointed Irene Findlay as head of community care. Findlay joins the council after spending a year in Iraq on secondment from the Department of Health. She worked for the Coalition Provisional Authority, advising the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs. She was awarded the OBE for her work….
